The seminar will provide participants with a basic understanding of UK and European regulatory requirements for lifts and as a result will help them to understand common pitfalls when considering lifts in building design.

- Requirement for fire-fighting lifts, accessibility and communication
- Lifts for passengers with disabilities including choice of lift size, lift control devices, lift indication and car equipment
