Wembley Stadium

Reopened in 2007, Wembley Stadium is cited by some to be the ultimate football stadium and is the largest undercover stadium in the world. The 90,000 fans are transported around the stadium in Schindler 5400 passenger lifts and Schindler escalators. On match days the equipment is subject to high peaks of demand particularly at half and full time and a team of Schindler engineers remain on site to ensure that it runs at optimum performance.
