Liverpool Arena

Formally opened by the Queen in May 2008, Liverpool Arena is a landmark addition to Liverpool's famous waterfront skyline. The 10,600 seat Echo Arena held its first events at the start of 2008, including the opening event of the city's year as European Capital of Culture – Liverpool: The Musical – in January.
