The Schindler price includes a wide range of features on our standard range of passenger lifts.
Larger lift car
The industry standard lift car in a 1650mm x 1800mm shaft is an 8 person car.
Schindler give you a 9 person car. As standard.
Reduced headroom
Industry standard headroom requirement is 3600mm.
Schindler headroom requirement is 3200mm. As standard.
(Available on the Schindler 3300 and Schindler 5300. To underside of lift shaft cap)

Scaffolding and cast inserts
Some suppliers ask for scaffolding and cast inserts.
Schindler installation is scaffold free.
Drill and fix of guide rails to lift shaft by Schindler. As standard
Landing cut-outs
Landing call buttons are mounted in the doorframe. So no making good required. As standard.
Shaft lighting
Some suppliers ask you to supply the shaft lighting.
The Schindler price includes shaft lighting. As standard.
Automatic power evacuation
Schindler offer automatic power evacuation. As standard.
In the event of a mains power failure, the Automatic Evacuation Device is activated. The lift moves to the nearest floor and the doors are opened. It is completeley controlled by the Hoistway Contol Unit. The controller is not involved and is deactivated during evacuation.
